We accept online credit and debit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover (*if using American Express, you may need to use a 4-digit code on card front).

Please be advised if payment is returned from the bank the following fee(s) will be charged:

• NSF (Insufficient Funds) Fee - $25.00 per occurrence

• Chargeback Fee - $20.00 per occurrence

To make a payment by credit card, please complete the information below (phone number is optional). 

All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields.

Note:  if you have a PO Box, please list your physical address in the OTHER field or payment may not process.

The OTHER field can be used to list the Invoice Number, Delivery Date, alternate delivery address or other comment(s).

When done, click on the SUBMIT button.  If you scroll below the Submit button when done, you should see a message in red that says, "Thank you for your payment!"  (This message will disappear after 10 seconds.)

We will process your transaction and email a confirmation receipt to the email you provided.  We can send a receipt to your cell phone; please list the number and comment in OTHER box "text receipt to phone."
